LeAnn Rimes Files Suit for Illegal Phone Recording Aug 31st 2012, 18:57 Country singer LeAnn Rimes has sued two women she claims illegally recorded a phone call she had with them -- without her knowledge -- and then posted it online. Rimes filed papers against Kimberly Smiley and her adult daughter Lexi on Thursday, seeking more than $25,000 in damages.
