Lance Armstrong to Be Stripped of Titles, Banned for Life Aug 24th 2012, 13:46 Celebrated cyclist Lance Armstrong will have his unprecedented seven Tour de France titles stripped from him by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency. The USADA said Thursday it would take away the titles after Armstrong released a statement saying he was done fighting the “outlandish and heinous” charges that he took performance-enhancing drugs to win his titles.
