After welcoming their son via gestational surrogate on August 29 in Denver, Colo., Bill and Giuliana Rancic are now at home in Chicago with baby Edward Duke. When a fan tweeted about seeing Bill at a Garrett Popcorn Shop in Chicago, Giuliana replied: “Yep. He’s bringing us home some!” “They are so happy right now.
