Jay-Z: Helicopter Parent Sep 4th 2012, 20:34 Jay-Z arrived by helicopter with Blue Ivy in New York City on Thursday (August 30). Mom Beyoncé wasn’t with them for the flight. Wearing a white outfit – the little one was protected by the helicopter noise with headphones. It was a busy weekend for the rapper who performed in Philadelphia for the Made in America music festival. Kanye West – Jay-Z’s guest singer – brought girlfriend Kim Kardashian to the event. According to the NY Daily News – she and Beyoncé weren’t too chummy. A source said, "Kim and Beyonce barely spoke to each other. They were on opposite sides of the stage. Beyonce didn't even acknowledge [Kardashian] was there until the concert was almost over." That may be just a rumor but here’s a fact.
